I don't know, but i have seen this before. A starter is taken out of the game and a relief pitcher brought in. The game is tied with a runner on third. The relief pitcher gives up a hit and then gets out of the inning with no more runs scoring. The game finishes with that same score and the relief pitcher gets the loss without giving up a run.
