Stockpiling Cash

This discussion has been going on for a while:

It seems that when there's too much cash in the system, everyone's attendance goes down.

Should this maybe be changed so that the only attendance affected is that of the teams who are stockpiling?

If one team is pumping all its cash back into the system, it seems like that team should be rewarded.

Generally, the average cash per team should be between 50 and 100 points. If this average goes higher than 100, the league revenue will go down. If it goes lower than 50, the league revenue will go up. These will be noticable changes.

From what I have heard, Clay is working on making the revenue changes more subtle, so it won't jump as dramaticaly.
