You must understand that I know very little, but they are working on getting the system up good right now. They want to avoid this happening again though. I will give more words as I find out.

After 2 years of constant problems I have reached my limit. It was fun when there was a staff to handle the customer service issues. It was fun when there wasn't leage breakdowns every few days. I will check in next year sometime to see if the service has gotten any better. Good luck
