Homers Hardball League only needs 4 more to start

This league is going to be awesome it has adjusted rosters to the present day of 2003 real majors. All teams start with 150 pts. and all teams have a couple of s.cuts and drops as well. This will be a very active league ran by a well known commish me Cardstrump.
