The resurrection of the Independent League seems to be coming along nicely, with 20 of the league's 30 spots now filled as we approach the league's grand re-opening, which will take place on or about Thursday, December 18th.
The owners list includes a veritable who's who of BBMO, with names such as Steven0560, FritzV, Yorkmidi37, Dabruinss, Michaelg123, Hambone17, Willat, Yank4251, Meterman9, Professor, Kennybear, ...and several others.
Several great teams remain available though, including Arizona, Cincinnati, Cleveland (what? No one likes Ohio?), Florida, Kansas City, Minnesota, New York (NL, of course), Pittsburgh, San Diego, and those pesky Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
Once again, we restart the league on Thursday, December 18th - our 112th season of play.
