At the end of the second, Arizona leads 2 to 1.

8 men came to the plate, 3 made outs...that leaves 5...the score shows only 2 scored with 2 left on base! What happened to Erubiel Durazo???

Durazo probably tagged up and went home on the fly ball but it was never recorded. This bug was reported before where a runner would vanish. The current theory is that he is removed by aliens and probed for a while before being returned to the dugout with no memories of the event.
The other bug I saw is that the sim would forget that a runner stole second so the next guy would still hit into a double play.
