FA Bug in Beta 16

Carlos Delgado was greened out yesterday, yet he didn't sign with my team today.

Do you remember what salary he was looking for yesterday?

I see that the current offer is 27 points for 7 years. He is now looking for 18 points for 7 years.

Yesterday, was he looking for exactly 27 points for 7 years? Did you raise your bid just until the bar turned green?

I suspect the problem may be a small rounding error; he actually may have wanted 27.2 points for 7 years, which rounded to 27. But when the time came to sign the bid of 27 didn't quite meet his demand of 27.2.

Does this sound like what may have happened?

We are trying to find and squash this bug.

I think it was below 27 because I looked at his seeking salary and thought that I could have gotten him for a smaller salary (since I was raisning my bid so he would sign) But I'm not 100% sure of that. Sorry this dosn't help.

I'm pretty sure I've finally fixed this bug. New code going up Wed 11/28/01 (midday).
