New Feature: Equalize Cities

League Commissioners can now access a check-box on the "Edit Team Cash" page that will set all cities equal for the purpose of revenue generation (although team quality and star players will still affect attendance).

Just one question though. What can be the new average Revenue be expected to be? I have seen in un-"evenized" leageus, that it settle somewhere between 425 and 475 per year. Is this what is to be expected here as well?
