12. This league consists of the elite players in Mogul---so bring your A game. The competition is stiff! And most of all have fun!
13. There is a 20$ entry fee with 600$ collected. All the money will be payed out as follows: 300$ will go to first place, 150$ to second, 75$ to third, 50$ to fourth and 25$ to fifth place.
14. A power rankings based system will be used to determine what owners get each of the 30 teams. I (the commish) will rank all 30 owners from 1 to 30 based on how good I think they are. Then I will distribute the teams evenly to each of the 6 divisions. For example the top 6 players based on the power rankings will be placed in each of the 6 divisions. Team 1 will go to the the AL East, team 2 to the NL East, team 3 to the AL Central, team 4 to the NL Central, team 5 to the AL West, team 6 to the NL West etc...
