I will be starting a new league for anyone interested in joining.This will be a no snipe league which means I will be online during free agent signing period, this is the only league I'm going to be in so I can be commish and run it properly with out spending so much time on 2 or 3 leagues.I'm waiting for 2004 rosters to start league.I'm open to any ideas on handling free agency, I personally think either doing it on message board or not allowing bids like 30 minutes before time is up. e-mail me at boomer4bengals@yahoo.com if you interested in league or have some ideas.Thanks
