Another league run by jokerswild. After all of the kind comments I have recieved about NPL I have decided to extend myself and run another league NPL again. This is an equalized city league that will run under the following rules.
#1 No trading with the computer. Any mistakes should be posted immediately in the league forum with the players traded so that I can fix it ASAP.
#2 Since larger market teams will have salary problems to begin with. All tier 1 and 2 teams will be allowed to drop 1 player for free.
#3 All teams will have 1 franchise player. This player must have only 1 year left on his contract when designating him. He will be signed for 25 points for 3-5 years or 35 points for 6-7 years. You must post this in the franchise player section for this to be done.
#4 No team may have more than 150 pts at the end of a season. Anyone over this total will have that money taken away.
#5 All trades should be placed into the successful trade area.
#6 Any rule change must be approved by 2/3 of the owners.
#7 Have fun you are paying for this game after all :)
