Trouble

I just ordered the game, but for some reason I cant download it. Or at least havent been able to yet. It has taken like 15 minutes just to get half way done loading the page to download it at. I have a Cable Modem and am not used to this. Let me know what may be wrong please!

Same here. I have been clicking that link I was sent and all I do is wait and wait. I also have a cable modem. It is frustrating. I keep hoping it will work soooon.

well...i finally got it too work, but had to leave and am curently on a different computer so I dont kno what the game is like yet. All i kno is that it took about 25 minutes to begin downloading.

I closed the main download page so when I go to my hotmail and click on the link it loads and says done but no download starts. Is there any way to get this to work?

i was just patient, but it was very hard. just open the link while you are eating dinner, should fly by;)

What if the page loads but the dl doesn't come up? I think my problem lies in my internet setup but I don't know what I changed since 2K4.

Ok I actually go ahead and buy the game (since Clay hits one deadline) and then go to download it and now here it sits for 45 minutes with NOTHING! I am very fast cable that never has any trouble with ANY sites before (might not be maxed out speed wise but at least if ****ing connects). Oh well I should have known clay would pick some company that uses a t1 to host downloads.

Finally I got the link to work but now.........after closing a few windows to help with the download speed the download window closed and won't let me download the game saying there has been too many download attempts for the order. I just want the game that I paid for. I sent an email to support but am getting totally frustrated by the whole ordeal.

i sent an email to clay at clay@sportsmogul.com telling him it would not download,and he responded in about 15 minutes and gave me a new link-clicked on that link and i was up and playing in 1 minute,so maybe you could try emailing him-also sent an email to support at the same time i emailed clay,but never got a reply from them.keep trying guys its worth it

Seriously, as you can see from the e-mail above, most folks are getting the game in about 20 minutes but some are grinding to a halt, or at least an apparent halt.

If you're having problems, send me e-mail at c@sportsmogul.com and I'll set you up with a faster link.

Please include your order number and if possible a copy of the e-mail confirming your order.
