Joe Mauer what's up with that

Most of the time with patches and roster updates everyone forgets Joe Mauer. Is he that overlooked? ESPN says he's one of the top rookies this year and yet i haven't seen him yet even with Clay's update. Come on put Mauer in coach he's ready to play.

It is because Mauer cannot be imported from the database since he had no MLB experience prior to the start of the 04 season ... Once the patch is released so that you can save as .dat, Mauer will be in the patches.

I know that but most of the roster up-dates people post do not have him anyways even when clay updated it so the rookies would be in no Mauer

Again, Clay updated it so that it would load 2003 rookies, not 2004 rookies ... but now a patch has been released so you can save as .dat, so rosters can now be made with players who arent in the lahman database.
