My little CD League

What I will do is E-mail me with the team you want. I will start a website on Freewebs.com (cause i don't know any other good free website thingys) And Each Tuesday in the league I will sim 15 days. I will post Injuries and stuff and when i finalize my universe I will post it so you can download it.

Well i have a free website i can use to post stats it just that people would have to trust me basically we would play the same way you do on your own computer if it sounds good and would like to play Claim A team post a reply below for me.

if you think you want to play this way then yes claim your team to make sure you get them I probably have 3 others who are going to play as Cubs red sox or braves so seattle a safe choice. I think i will wait a week before starting it to see if other people would like to join because 5 people just wouldn't be fun.

also i would like your input on the draft. do you want me to just draft the highest peak players for your team or put out a top 20 prospect list and have people choose from there? If you have another way i would appreciate the input i will start working on the website tomorrow.

The way I've seen drafts done elsewheres is everyone meets in a chatroom and the draft is held live then and there. If someone can't be there, then yes, they should get the highest Peak player (which seems the way to go).

The thing is, everyone gets a copy of the saved game file after every game, right? So they can see all the draft picks for themselves.

I was also thinking, that if you didn't want to do the whole webpage thing, a league could almost be entirely run through mailing list. I mean the most important thing is the league file. As long as everyone gets a copy then you're off and running.

Well, I don't mean the outputted Draft file.

I mean that after ever sim you send out (via email, via a link on the website, via whatever means you want) you send out the .mog file for the league. That way everyone can see what's going on. And it makes it easier on you as the comissioner, as otherwise you'd have to post the stats for every player in the game after each sim. And that would be a pain.

I hope you see what I'm getting at. YOu probably knew all this to begin with of course and I'm just confusing the issue. :)

Well i can't seem to get many enthusiastic about the league so i'm think each person can own 2 teams (preferably NL and AL but AL AL or NL NL works)

Cubs(Kevkir AOL)
Mariners(I don't know if you have AIM or AOL or what.)
Rangers(AwsmEggs AIM)
Devil Rays (You think out of all the other teams he woulda picked someone else.)(AwsmEggs AIM)

oh sorry i forgot to post that i wanted to get out because i couldn't wait any longer for the league to start over i like playing with the players from 2003 and/or 2004 year so when they reset them i'll probably be back.

IL30 isnt going to reset, but the other independent leagues are, and same with Dabs league too...

IL30 and AGML are two league that are long running and have no plans to reset!
