The United Sim-Baseball League is forming. We have 3 owners thus far. It will utilize the default settings of Mogul 2003 for team names, locations, stadiums, franchise value, beginning cash, etc.
We will have an initial 40-round draft. If less that 12 people participate originally, then each person could own a National and an American League team.
