I don't know how everyone elses leagues are but the one I am in is losing members and there is no one filling in the empty spots.

My suggestion is:
1) SportsMogul takes over the creation of new leagues.
2) New Leagues are only formed once the previous leagues are filled.
3) There would be one league open per simulation time until it is full, then a new one is created.

So when you join baseball mogul online you decide the simulation speed 10, 30, or 60. Then you are automatically placed into the new league. This will fill all of the leagues on its own. Once the new league is full then all open slots are filled from people that quit. Once every league is full again then a new one will be created.

We will create public leagues, like the Daily Normal leagues, when there is a need for it.

Obviously, we will not take away the option for people to create their own leagues, or to join any league they wanted. If we did this, this would take away a major feature of this game, being a commissioner or being in a league with your friends.

Perhaps a system like in fantasy football, where you can be put in a random league of your preferrred settings (or you can pick your own).

There should be a system where we are all graded on our loyalty.
Three strikes and you're out!
For those who invest the time to set up a league and run it as the commissioner I believe they should have some way of knowing if the player that is requesting to join their league has already bailed on five or six other leagues. We're all going to make mistakes the first time out so maybe leagues could also be setup in regards to the proficiency of the owners.
I know for myself that I know a lot more now than I did 3 months ago and I probably know a lot less than some of you. So possibly people would be more comfortable joining leagues with others who have a similar level of knowledge of the game.
I don't mind playing with a few computer teams, I'd hate to be paying to play online only to be told that I had to wait for another 20 people to sign up, what would be the point of signing up at all!

That's enough from me for now.
