Just wanted to take a poll to see what people think about the possibility of Clay using our universe file to upload into Baseball Mogul Online....It will take some more time for us to get it done....would you all be willing to wait a little longer for us to get the database to Clay?.....

Clay...what are your thoughts about this...I know you said it could be a possibility....and I don't know what roster's you have been working on for BMO...but I think it would be worth the wait to be able to implement a grade A universe into the online version....Rotochamp is furiously researching the top 15 prospects for each team and will have high class ratings for each of the prospects as well as correct ratings for ALL players in the game....there will be correct salary info....40 man roster's....top 15 prospects....and also Rotochamp is building a new cities.txt file to import into the universe based on a ton of research from cutting edge web sources...I have been keeping up with daily transactions and building the prospects for Roto to rate....Roto and myself promise to all that this will indeed be the best roster set that has ever been put out by ANYONE on the mogul forums....I have been using my expertise with knowledge of how to manipulate the database combined with Roto's extensive background in scouting and rating players...This would be huge...tell us what you think....

i rather have the roster out to the masses first, rather
than getting it ready for Clay

i have been waiting since the game came out in late May
for a decent roster to be available for our league
to start

and Scorey and Rotochamp rosters, seem to be the one

I have thought about this possibility for quite a while. I think it would a great idea. Scorey and rotochamp have both put a tremendous amount of work into the rosters, and I think it would be fitting that they do the ones for BBMO as well.

well i havent taken care of my team in my own league since about 2025 because clay said new rosters were coming out. now it's the year 2044 and they still aren't here. so anything that will get his azz in gear is alright with me.

I actually think this would be an awful idea. No offense to Scorey or Rotochamp, but the rosters would be way to big for online play. It would put too much emphasis on getting the teams with the superstar farm systems. The 2004(or 2003) rosters for BBMO were just about perfect.

However it would be a reason why people would want the smaller market teams rather than the big markets... so what you are worried about would actually make it EASIER to fill new leagues...

I voted yes but at this point I'd settle for ANYTHING

The whole point of the small market teams is for it to be hard, I much prefer the BBMO rosters than custom rosters anyway.

It would still be hard... no small market team is STOCKED in the farm in real life anyway... they have good players, but so do some of the larger markets...

Hard to answer this poll without the universe. Don't know how good it is yet. Though it should rock :D
