Here is the scenerio; A team has a payroll of 200 and a limit of 250. During the FA period you bid 5 players into the green that would increase your paroll to 400, 150 over your limit.
On the next sim, will you get all the players and be at a 400 payroll, or would you only get the ones that push you over the limit and be stopped there?
