If I were to start a league, what would I need to do to get that up and running?

The best thing to do is to join a league first.

That way, you get to see what gets done to run things. You can pick out the best parts of it and change what you don't like about it.

Well you could join baseball mogul online. or you could wait until my league is up and running in about 5 or 6 more days.

Check the Leagues forum under Mogul 2005 ( or 2004 since you can open old files in later editions ) and find a still active league.
