LEAGUE NAME: Mogul Association Challenge 2004

rules are simple

1 stay active, 1 week inactivity and you get removed from the league
2 computer trades are allowed
3 if a team goes into debt the cash will not be reset until either the owner fixes the problem or the owner leaves the league entirely, then the teams cash will be reset only when another team takes over that team. If an owner takes over a team in negative debt, that teams cash will be reset to 100
4 This will be a 100 year league and we will do 60 a day, at the end of the 100yrs the league will be reset and start over, at the end of the 100 years a champion will be decided upon by the scoring system we have

10pts world series
7pts alcs or nlcs winner
5pts per division win
3pts per wildcard
1pt per winning season
