What is that yellow dot that says "might trade" when you put the cursor over it?

Where do you see the "might trade" message? I don't recall ever seeing that.

You are seeing part of the new Trading Block feature that was added yesterday.

Look in the left-nav and find the Trading Block page.

You can now indicate for all the guys on your team whether they are somebody you want to trade, you might trade, or would not consider trading.

This should help people propose better trades, since they won't have to go on a fishing expedition when they propose a new trade. They can now try to build a trade around the guys that the owner says are available.

Make sure you hit the submit button on the Trading Block page at the upper right corner. If you don't and you leave the page you will have to start all over again. The submit button is what saves your choices. Just like the one on the Expenses page.
