I'm having trouble recruiting managers for my league. Must..Get..Help!!!

I just created a league called Equalized Baseball and I'm having trouble recruiting people into my league. I have a post under the leagues forum and I still am having trouble. It is a fast sim with all teams but NYY available. Is there a secret out there to attracting managers, such as sim speed or something? Please help!!!! Replies would be more than helpful. Thank you.

There are a lot of leagues out there that have not been filled up yet. With this in mind, I'm not too surprised your league is not close to being filled. First of all, most people are satisfied with the leagues they're in, and secondly, if they're not, most would probably join a league with an experienced commissioner. It's hard to compete with your league under a rookie commish. You should just go about already existing leagues. That is unless 30 new GM's join bbm online.
