A baseball simulation game similar to baseball mogul where they can create a program where young pitchers actually develop like hitters do. Just like in the real majors.

This really depends on which league you're in and what the current talent level is. If there's a deadball era, or was one recently, you may have a shortage of pitching talent until things even out.

It's the same code as BB2K5 -- if you can find a specific issue with BB2K5 (that can be addressed for example using the rookies.txt file) then we can tweak BMO as needed.
