Rosters?

I love this game and haven't ever posted/checked these message boards, but i was wondering if they have anywhere where i can download either updated rosters with updated ratings (Like OLIVER PEREZ) or even the real minor league rosters? i know real mL rosters would be hard to do, but even if they just added the top 10-15 prospects from each farm system into the game at AAA.

And where's Kevin Millar at?!
