I need some tips on making rules for my league

Hi I just created my first mogul online league (United States Mogul League) and I need some suggestions on what rules to implement in the league. One of the main suggestions I need is what should be my salary cap limit? Thanks for the help!

For salary cap, I would say probably 400, maybe 425 or 450.
