Hey I'll be honest...the Cubs record of futility for nearly the last century is pathetic....They truly are a bunch of losers....Always have been....BUT that doesn't stop me from being one of their biggest fans...:)

And the Yankees do suck right now...that's also indefensible...:p

On the other hand, the Red Sox do not buy whatever players they need.

And no one has ever been arrested wearing a Red Sox hat trying to pose as a rapper.

How can it really truly be satisfying to know you've won the World Series with a bunch of players that you have bought?....Look at Cleveland right now....Their an up and coming team with alot of potential superstars on the horizon...Players that are coming up through their farm system...or players that they have made trades for....Now that is what I like to see....teams like Cleveland....New York frankly disgusts me....unfortunately right now that is the state of the game...Teams that can....do...Teams that can't....scrap and struggle to survive. The Yankees should easily be able to win the WS every season..and in fact have no excuse if they don't...;)

Pedro? Manny? Damon? Schilling? Ok he was a trade, but it was a salary dump. And the almost had A-Rod. Face it. The Sox operate like the Yankees, except with a slightly smaller budget.

Quite ironic....I don't really believe in the so called "curse" of the goat...but it was pretty ironic that some innocent little sap in the stands had an impact of the Cubs' fortunes in 2003. Although the Alex Gonzalez miscue is what really turned the tide against the Cubs. It is fun, though, to talk about the curse and then to see all these crazy things happen...

the goat is a satanic symbol.....baphomet is a goat headed demon.....maybe if the cubs offered a human sacrifice to baphomet they will win the series....(just kidding....food for thought though)...
