Life without TV

I have gone 3 weeks without watching a TV show, and life has been great. I've read more, my attention span has gone up, my grades have gone up slightly, and my spelling has improved. Once my mom pays for the three months of TV required for free installation of the cable modem I'm going to ask her to cancel cable TV and keep the modem. Life is much better. I challenge everyone else to try going without watching TV for a week, and read books instead.

i would of shotgunned my tv long ago if i didnt use it too watch access tv and videos.....tv is horrible

i rarely ever watch t.v. The only times i ever do is when a cubs game is on.

Amen to that Hash....6 games to go....1 game up....can they do it???....This is almost like a replay of last season where it came down to the last few games of the season to determine wether or not the Cubs get in...Even though this team wont win the division I would say it is a better team than last season....

Good luck to me getting sox tix for the playoffs.

If the sox play the twins though, my dad's coach for over thirty baseball, Steve Liddle, is the bench coach for the twins, so he might be able to buy tickets from steve.
