Trade offers disappearing!!!!!

I guess my trade bug is still messing me up.
I have made trade offers that I have no idea if they were ever seen or not. The offers just vanished from my retract offer screen. No message that the trade was rejected, it just vanished.
And both players in the deal are still on their respective teams. I REALLY need to know if my offers are getting to where they should get to. HELP!

did 90 simulated days or the trading deadline pass since you sent the offer?

There are a few ways for trade offers to disappear:

*90 simulated days have passed since you proposed the offer, so the trade is not valid any longer.

*The trading deadline has passed.

*Any player involved in the offer either a) had their contract extended or b) was either traded to another team or waived.

It was a trade offer made one morning and by days end it was gone. Players still on the same team nowhere near the trading deadline. I am pulling my hair out...

Are you sure no one had their contracts modified?

I will have James take a look since I have seen this occur myself.
