by that logic a democracy doesnt work.

In each town (in Massachusetts), the town clerk counts the ballots with after the election and then calls the capital of the state (I assume) and reports the results.

The Molotov-Ribbentrop pact guaranteed that the USSR would get parts of Poland, but thats irrelevent.

Hitler attacked poland and was declared war on by France and Britian, who were later attacked by Japan, Germany's ally. Japan then attacked the USA.

The final arbitor? All they did was say it was unconstitutional for Gore to drag on his obvious defeat. Several recounts were done in Florida after that election, all of which came back with the same result. Bush won the state. The election conspiracy needs to stop and people need to get over it. Let me remind you as well that there was proven election fraud in the state of New Mexico that actually had people prosecuted. That state was VERY close as well and went to Gore. Heres another fact, thousands of military ballots were conviently left out of the Florida talley in 2000.
