Hey guys, I am currently the commisioner of League Evolution and am starting a new league entitled Major League Dynasties. Everyone is welcome to join. :D

League Rules:
Major League Dynasties Rules:
Everyday 30 Sims; hourly
PST
20 year cycle. Reset vote every 5 years thereafter.
Ownership Integrity
All GM's must guide their teams with good intentions. If I detect any cheating you will be banned from the league. Tanking is not allowed. Any owner that fails to win 45 games in consecutive seasons will be booted from the league, due to lack of fan support.
League Activity
A. If the owner of a team is not active for three consecutive days, unless notified beforehand, I will remove that player from the league.
B. Each owner must register their contact information in the appropriate thread.
C. A Sportscenter thread will be promoted in this league. The more activity we have on the forums the better. I will award cash prizes to the people who contribute the most on this SportsCenter thread yearly. The person with the most posts for the season will be awarded $5 million, second most $3 million, third most $1 million.
New Owners
All new owners to the league will have their cash reset to $20 million. They will also receive 2 free drops that must be used before the end of their first season as the GM of that team.
Competitive Balance
To restore competitive balance between the small market and large market teams the following rules will apply:
A. Each team will have the option of designating 1 player on their team as their Franchise Player. This player will be signed to a non negotiable 5 year $2.5 million contract. Any player is elligible to be your Franchise Player. Franchise Players may not be traded. Please keep Franchise Player posts in the appropriate thread.
B. Each team will have the option of designating 1 player on their team as their History Player. This player is signed to a non negotiable 5 year $5 million contract. This player must have been on your team for at least 1 full season before he is elligible for the History Player "tag". History Players may not be traded. Please keep History Player posts in the appropriate thread.
C. Any player that is "grown" from your farm system and has been with your team their entire careers are elligible for a salary discount. The discount will be 50% of his current salary demands for small market teams, 30% discount for mid market teams. 15% discount for Large Market teams. This discount will only be applied while in a contract year Please keep homegrown player posts, in the appropriate thread.
D. The Commisioner of Major League Dynasties, reserves the right to implement a Luxury Tax in the event competitive balance is not being achieved.
Debt/Expenses
A. There will be an overal expenses cap of $120 million. This does not include player salaries. Any team whose combinded expenses exceed this amount will be fined. If that team continues to do so, they will be removed from the league.
B. If an owner goes below $20 million in debt, they have 1 season to correct this. If it cannot be corrected I reserve the right to modify their roster at my discretion.
C. In the event the Luxury Tax is implemented the expenses cap will be removed.
Post Season Awards
At the end of the post season awards will be given for the following:
1. GM of the Year, will receive $10 million.
2. Silver Slugger awards at each position will receive $1 million for their team.
Honorable Mentions
There will be an honorable mentions thread in the forums remembering the following:
1. GM of the Year
2. Player Awards
3. World Series Winner
All Time Records
An All Time Records leaderboard will be posted which will track not only career leaders, but season leaders as well.
