Trade response STILL MISSING!!!

When I make an offer to a computer run team and it rejects the trade, I go to see how close to a deal we have and NOTHING is there. I am flying blind here and I REALLY NEED THIS FIXED!
Clay, James, HELP ME!!!??? Please? I really need you to fix this. I'm paying the monthly fee, I feel like I'm getting only a portion of what I'm Paying for.
Please help...

Does anyone else in your league have this happening?

We have not have any other reports of this happening, so we need to see if the bug does really exist, or if it's just some sort of one-time error.

Please give us time to investigate this. With the holidays, it has taken longer to get around to things, especially bugs that only one person out of all our subscribers have seen.

As far as I know it's just me and It's been an ongoing problem for about 3 weeks now.
James has addressed it as has Clay, but no change. I also suspect some trade offers I am making to human run teams are not getting there.
It shouldn't really matter if it's "only one subscriber". I pay too. I understand if it is a difficult thing to pin down and believe me, I've been happy with the response time on complaints, but I am still paying a monthly fee to play an incomplete game. Just PLEASE do the best you can to correct the problem... :)

Before you send in your counter-offer, erase the text in the text box. If there's too much text, the offer disappears.

This same bug has happened to me before, as well as a few other members in our leagues. Regardless of text it still happnes, lasts for a few days, and then is gone for a couple weeks. It hasn't happened in a long time (of course we now have no computer trading) but it still did happen, and was a MAJOR pain...

Same problem here, not on all trades htough just sometimes it doesnt respond

Lately I don't think I've been having any problems, but we haven't had a computer run team in a while in our league and this is where my biggest problem is.
