I have a player on my team in the Phoenix 30 league who I thought had a shot at the Rookie of the Year award. (His name, in a relatively new glitch in the system, is Vladimir ladimir, and the missing letter in his last name is treated as a line break character in box scores, but I digress.) He was a starter the entire year, hit .261 with 22 HRs, and had a .365 OBP. I thought those were pretty good for a rookie. So I checked, and discovered the award went to Marcus Thomson, a bench player on another team who in 46 games hit 22 for 114, batting .192 with a .239 OBP and a .228 slugging percentage. I think the problem speaks for itself.

If you haven't recognized yet, this has been a bug for a long time. The award goes to a bench player who hit 220 and not your full time starter who hit 300 with 30 homers. I know how you feel. Im surprised this still has not been one of the main things Sports Mogul is trying to fix.

the only reason i'm watching the ROY awards this year is to find out if my 33 yr old OF who hit 4-8 will win. He's probably got a better chance than my 27 yr old 2B who hit .269 with 14 HR and 18 SB.
