the us court of appeals for the 2nd circuit cannot be compelled by the irs to turn over personal and private property to the irs absent a federal court order
irs is now redundant.....this is good news (http://www.givemeliberty.org/RTPLawsuit/Update2005-01-29.htm)

If you pay your taxes and keep records they will never bother you anyways...

they will still come after you....but they will need to follow due process and get a federal court order instead of just siccing there tax goons on you warrantless
