I was looking around and I don't really get what it means. I took it as He's silly because he doesn't fit in.

Silly is actually one of many personality traits that applies to guys like Manny Ramirez -- loose, relaxed, jovial, silly.

He's not going to fit perfectly on a team with strait-laced and solemn players...

He's not going to fit perfectly on a team with strait-laced and solemn players... OK. I'm *really* wanting to see a help file for more understanding of all of this. It sounds quite nice, but still is difficult to test without an understanding of how it is supposed to work.

I don't completely understand Personalities either. What decides the teams personalities? Does the group of players as a whole decide?

As far as i can tell it's the players who decide the personality in the clubhouse. The type of personality however i don't think changes how people play.

I would also like a nice big help file tho. I like how complicated it is and want to fine tune it. I like what you guys did with the minor league help file and something like that would work. Maybe a grouping of who'd compatible with who and all that and the numbers on it if there are any.
