Baseball Mogul 2006 Portraits

The following contains all of the new portraits of players in spring training and some in the minors. 85% of them are from this year. The other 15% of players pictures are taken from years past. It has almost 2000 real major league player pictures in it. No minor league pictures are contained in here. I have no copyright rights to any of these pictures, and they were obtained from mlb.com or various other websites on the net. They are all put in JPG form and are all 160 by 200. The file unzipped is about 53 megabytes. Enjoy!

Also, I still need to make a few updates to some things. So i'll be putting out another additional file in the upcoming days.

I can't get them up here. Is there any place that will host this? Or do I need to do it myself?

Maybe get a yahoo account, if you don't have one, and post it to a "briefcase"? I think they still have those...

It usually takes anywhere from 1-7 days for them to be processed and show up there.

When there our two players with the same name such as the mark maclemores, the pictures get messed up and when I signed mark mclemore the long time second baseman, there is a incorrect picture for him. Is there any way to fix this?

There are other names that have the same problem.

The game is weird. In some given years, they'll have both players in the game, so theyll just use their middle initial with the name. Other years, they don't (when only one of them is in the game). So right now, there is nothing I can do about this unless the game PERMANANTLY gives the person its own name. That's why I was thinking we could do this by naming every player after their lahman database number. With the extra players we could just use the first 5 letters of their last name and the first 2 of their first. like this (SmithJo)
