Abuse of the computer-run teams

Although I have played baseball mogul for years, I am new to baseball mogul online. The one constant I have seen on baseball mogul online is the human owned teams taking advantage of the computer owned teams. Specifically, they will purchase free agents for the express intent of trading them for players on other teams that they want...

Is there any way to change the game so that if you sign a free agent, you are not allowed to trade that free agent for at least a year?? That would eliminate signing free agents specifically to trade them, as that is not very realistic. That would make signing free agents for trade bait a less attractive proposition.

Not a bad idea...

However, I would recommend joining a league where computer trading is not allowed.

Placing a ban on trading people signed within a year is probably too harsh; but maybe there should be a ban on trading them to computer teams.

... it would be good if computer teams would not make deals that would put them over budget.
