Injuries/Spring Training

Is there anyway to change this? Every year my entire pitching staff can't start the season. I thought I had seen this somewhere else, but I couldn't find the thread.

I think patch 8.10 (now 8.11) is supposed to take care of this issue.

If you want you can go to Tools-Advanced Tools-Clear Injuries at the begining of the season (or any time) and get rid of all the injuries.
