I will be making a roster with the complete 40-man roster of each team in the MLB. I have finished the AL West and the AL Central and will hopefully finish the entire mlb soon. I was wondering how to make a CSV roster... like the rosters file that liveandletdie used when he posted a opening day roster. Thanks - Royce

Go to your 2K6 folder, then Input>Players. There's a file called "2005Roster.csv" that allows you to edit various information about each team's roster and their payroll.

If only there was a way to change the default positions too. There are way too many wrong positions on the Diamondbacks such as Chad Tracy still being a third baseman instead of first and Shawn Green at first base instead of right field. Also the Cleveland Indians have outfielder Casey Blake still being considered a third baseman.

Would you guys like me to add current real life injuries into the game? For example frank thomas of the whitesox is currently on the 15 day disabled list would you guys like me to put him and other currently injured playlers on the disabled list in the game?

I know but you can't change them in the 2005 default database.

I think I'm going to post my roster in a .mog format so it will have all the right positions etc.

If you change the position by using the scouting sheet you'll often take a hit to your stats. Usually it is significant and can render a player DH material.

I would just like the roster without the current injuries especially with the way the game throws injuries around.

rosters with current injuries make it more realistic and accurate as of opening day. injuries would be cool.
