Multiple positions in minors

How about allowing one of the players in the minors play another position if they are rated defensively as IF or OF and a higher rated player only plays that position. It just really gets me when i have 2 good players at one position but one is an OF and has played rather evenly in the OF in HS but now only plays the one because there is a slightly higher rated player at his primary position.

Interesting Concept, This would be great for developing minor leaguers into positions that your team needs.
