Someone may have already done this but I've not seen it mentioned anywhere so here goes. A few versions ago I started collecting baseball card images and using them as my photos. I really liked the overall effect of it. It added a bit of nostalgia for me.

if you look for photos of minor leaguers you see a lot of baseball card images. those can be cool, but sometimes it can be annoying if the signature is across the players body.
