Has CPU trades offers to Human team been realistic on 8.16?

Not any more realistic than in 8.15 or any of the other previous releases.

Unfortunately, I don't think it will be an easy fix. It ties into the much larger problem (of which there are many threads) that the CPU is doing crazy things because of budget constraints.

Having multiple (8+) CPU teams set Medical, Scouting, etc. all to zero by 2007 is a greater indication of something being wrong. The trades the CPU is making are a result of this. The Yankees shouldn't be dumping Big Unit, Mariano Rivera, and six other guys for 1 minor league prospect in any scenario.

Hopefully Clay & Ian will take a look at this in the upcoming patches.
