how do you add them to game?

cuz when i download the second one it comes as an executable thing instead of a zipped folder with the pics in it

No problem, i update them for my self and i thought why not sharing it. The last version of Mogul i owned was the licensed one some years ago with real photos etc. One of the reasons i got Mogul again was the headlines. I like the newspaper style.
