training priorities

I thought I read something in the docs about setting training priorites. Now I can't find it and I can find where to set it in the game.

could someone point me in the right direction?

It's an appendix from earlier version, don't worry about it.

Oh yeah, I'd compleyely forgotten about that thing. That was before you could draft players. You'd set it to tell the AI what you wanted for minor leaguers and you'd theoretically get more of the positions you wanted. It was a slider system (sliders for each position.) and the further right you went the higher the likelyhood that you'd get that position.
