If you are tired of your current leagues inactivity or have extra spots to fill on your account, there is a new league starting in six days. It is called we are the champions and has some new sets of rules. It is an equalized league and each team starts with 100 points, so even the Twins have a chance to compete now. Each team will have 2 franchise players (most have been selected but can be changed before the first season starts) they will make 25 points for 7 years. 1 super prospect to make 10 points for 7 years (again most have been selected but can be changed) and one super veteran 10 points for 3 years (some have been selected, but the same rules apply.) A little dead weight (like Harold Baines a 44 year old have been moved to free agency.) In the first season, no free agent will cost more then 5 points, to give all GM's a chance to build their teams to their taste. I am looking for active GM's only and am looking forward to some exitement of building a team on even ground.

We are the champions just stated the first season and are looking for GM's. Three teams (NYA, SF, and Tex.) have been claimed, so that leaves a lot of options to claim your favorite team. So if you have a favorite small market team that just had no money to compete or if you think that even with all things equal you could dominate with your big power large market teams, in this eqalized league with all teams starting with the same 100 points in cash, then this is your chance to prove it. So come and join we are the champions, where it's the quality of the GM's not the cities that will build dynasties.
