Not sure about you guy's, but I've once again taken a beak from BBM until more of the bugs can be worked out (http://forum.sportsmogul.com/showthread.php?t=76362)

8.28 did some good things, but there is a long way to go, and the way the AI plays it's hand still leaves much to be desired.

The last "official" patch was 8.24. Any ideas on when we'll see the next patch, official or not?

usually after june there is no more patches for the rest of the year...you should try out BMO, it is fun, and like i have said countless times before, it has a great community of owners!

It's the shizzle?

Puh-leeze...

It is cool as the other side of the pillow though.

boomboom mentioned that June often marks the end of the patches.

Not so this year, I still have a list of bugs I'm trying to get fixed before we shift into gear on Baseball Mogul 2007.

(It will take some serious work to add Interactive Play-By-Play, Lefty-Righty Stats etc. to BB2K7 -- and once we start doing this, it will no longer be possible to patch BB2K6 since we will have seriously juggled the DB format).

There will definitely be another patch as soon as I can get some of these bugs fixed.

Live play by play ... I keep hearing people mention this. What would it entail? Making PBP available for online simming for leagues? Or is it something more bizarre than that?

(just wondering)

What Clay is trying to do is implement some sort of Interactive Play-by-Play.

IT would consist of being able to hit away, bunt, take a pitch. I am unsure if it will be pitch by pitch or abat-by-abat...what i mean by this is.....

IN ootp5, I havent played 6 in over a year, (dont remember) they have it by Abat-abat, where the first few pitches are simulated...then you get to choose if you want to hit away.....you probably kind of understand what i mean.

Depending on how the coding goes, I hope to see a great Play-By-Play!!!
