A new league based loosely on the Banana League 2.
The big boys are still available (Bos NYA ATL) etc. CHN is a powerhouse right now.and ATL has a great core. no one is in serious finacial trouble.

If you are looking for a slightly slower paced but high quality league look no further.

I also can promise a very active but not meddling Commish. League records for single season and career will be also kept.

League settings done by democratic polling.

And since we are under way on season one, if you join now one of three things can happen......
1)I will drop 3 players from your team. no questions asked.(except who of course)
2)I will cut one player's (your choice) salary in half. (they must be on your team)
3) i will put 30 points in your bank.

I run the league by the will of the players and so some features that may soon be available are--waiver wire, profit sharing, franchise players.

League records are also kept.

The banana league 2 is a 20 sim a day once a day league it runs during the weekdays. there is no password.

Is this an Equalized or Non-Equalized league?- Non Equalized
Is there a salary cap? Not yet. But a majority vote by the owners could institute one
For new leagues, are there any special salary rules (i.e. 2 free cuts, designate a franchise player, etc) -See above.
Is there any revenue sharing? -Not yet. Again this is subject to GM vote.
Is this a 'shuffle' league? -Nope but the players are moved around quite a bit.
How many games does the league sim? -20 a day
Is this a weekday or 7-day sim? Wekday
What timezone is the game sim'd? EST.

The league is in the playoffs of the 2001 season and there are 8 humans currently in the league.
