Is there anyway to edit a players talent. For example a players power in baseball mogul, or a QB's accuracy in football mogul.

Yes...you can start a game...enable commissioner mode...go to a players scouting report and click edit player (located at the bottom center), select predicted stats and edit any stat as you wish.
