Low Payroll Limit

I'm Baltimore in Best GM Invitational 2 and I've been limited alot by a low payroll limit. I current have a projected revenue of about 125,000,000, about 117,000,000 in projected expenses, and 121,000,000 in total expenses, and about 60,000,000 in cash but I am still just 2 million under my payroll limit and it really restricts what i can do in the offseason. Is there anything that can be done about this that grants me a little more financial flexibility.

I know you guys are busy but I'm paying to play this game and it'd be nice if I could get an answer. Besides Clay just responded to another thread in this forum.

I don't know if this will hurt or not, but lowering expenses in the offseason (medical and farm, especially, since you play no games during this period) will raise your payroll limit, allowing you to do more pursuing of free agents. Of course, you have to make sure not to go completely wild or you'll lose a lot of money the next season...but at least you can try to sign the guys you want. Before the season starts back up, put the farm and medical back to where you want them.
