Sportsmogul screwed me

Maybe someone here can help me. I bought the Baseball Mogul link via paypal on the website, where Sportsmogul says you will recieve a download link within 48 hours.

I bought the link on July 31, and now 2 weeks later I have not recieved said download link.

I've tried to cntact Sportsmogul via email and have not had an email returned, and the phone number on the website has been disconected.

Does anyone on this message board work for sportsmogul? If so, can you help me out. My credit card has already been charged, so at this point, I feel a bit taken, but really enjoyed the demo and am holding out hope that there was just a problem in procesing my order.

Help someone!?!

Someone should be able to help you here. Clay (the programmer, owner, janitor, etc.) cruises these boards regularly and there are a few moderators who also find these posts and get things done. I am sure it'll be fixed for you and hope you like the game. If you get bored (not likely) of the game, or want a more intelligent (usually) opponent after you get the hang of the CD/download try mogul online.
