Both leagues the 2k6 VMLB and the 2k4 VMLB have openings, 2k4 is an already established league with good owners, good teams are available for it.

For VMLB 2k4
The Chicago White Sox are available, great team could win the WS, with loads of Young talent and are in great shape financially.
Detroit Tigers are also available, a previous owner knew how to run them well, but he left them in pretty good shape to help them compete against Chicago.
Los Angeles Dodgers are also available, very low payroll with some great prospects to build off of in a weaker division.
San Fransisco too is available, they have the most free hand cash in the league with a better than average FA crop coming up, could be turned into a winner overnight.
